The Carew Arms

The Carew Arms is Crowcombe’s 16th century village inn, with restaurant and B&B facilities.

Crowcombe Court

Crowcombe Court was built by Thomas Carew in 1739 in the baroque style. The house is still privately owned today. Grade 1 listed, it is available as a wedding venue and hire for private parties and events.

Crowcombe Hall

Crowcombe Hall is Crowcombe's substantial, architect designed, recreation and community hall opened in 2003. Its large Main Hall and smaller Quantock Room are available for hire, together with a fully equipped kitchen and changing rooms.

Halsway Manor

Halsway Manor, a grade 2* listed building, is the National Centre for Folk Arts. It is the only residential folk centre in the UK.

The West Somerset Railway

The West Somerset Railway is the longest historic railway in England. The 20 mile branch line of the old Great Western Railway runs from Bishops Lydeard to Minehead. The local WSR station is Crowcombe Heathfield.
