he downstairs Meeting Room has a wide range of uses: ideal for smaller social events and receptions, for seminars and courses, as well as for formal meetings.

Its dimensions are: 23ft by 16ft (7m x 5m), with tables and chairs to accommodate up to about 35 people.

Like the Gallery it has radiator central heating for the winter months.

The Meeting Room lies between the Servery and the WCs. Hirers of the Meeting Room need to appreciate that if a Gallery function is taking place in parallel, Gallery people will need access to the WCs via the Meeting Room.

All these downstairs facilities have direct wheelchair access.

The Servery

The Servery is available for both the Gallery and the Meeting Room.

In addition to worktops and washing up facilities, it has:

~ A microwave oven
~ Four hot plates
~ A hot cupboard - for heating plates and keeping food warm
~ Crockery & cutlery for 80
